Meetup group of foreigners here in Lund, in his ongoing organizational turmoil, has had the good idea to program in January, a lovely afternoon at sea.

The thing would not have caught our attention were it not that the place chosen was Bjärred, a nice place (in the photo is a night view) that we already know of the presence of a nice restaurant curiously located in the bottom of a pier that goes into the water for about 500 meters. A very special place and where you can also eat fairly well the typical Swedish food prepared by an Italian.

We thought that this fine Canadian harbored only the restaurant, but better informed, we found that the rightmost part is actually destined for a sauna .

So not attractive restaurant, but the very insidious sauna, it was the real destination of the shipment.
Now someone will ask, "Why have a sauna at a pier lace?". Answer simple: to enable crazy Swedes to engage in an activity that most prefer, which is suffering .
In the specific case, like many of you know, they come from deep hot and sweaty 10 minutes of the boil, then throwing hilarious semi-frozen water. Even I knew this story well, but I thought it was a power in around-the cliché Nordic peoples, like the Viking horns, or an exception from fanatics like "New Year's Day dip in the Tiber." But they do indeed, and even a few!
